Practice deciding under pressure
with the cards you have

Poker is the cleanest classroom for decisions with missing information. You never see every card, the clock is running, and emotion pushes you to guess. I train the same skill in emergency medicine. These free drills teach it with chips that do not exist.

Three skills that transfer off the table

1

Count what can help you

Poker players count "outs". Leaders count options. Both turn panic into a number.

2

Price the decision

Pot odds ask a simple question: is the reward worth the cost, given the odds? The same math works for any bet you make at work.

3

Judge the decision, not the result

A good call can lose and a bad call can win. Over time, good decisions win. That mindset keeps teams calm after bad luck.

How it works

Two drills, 60 seconds each

Outs drill: see a draw, estimate your chance to hit it, then see the exact answer and the quick rule pros use.

Call or fold drill: see the pot and the bet, decide, and learn the math behind the right answer.

What this is not

  • No real money, no betting, no casino links
  • No sign-up and no tracking of your answers
  • Not a promise that anyone will win at cards
